It has been a pleasure to work with Downtown Suites for the past 12 years. They have maintained my property and provided an effortless experience for me while I was located outside of the province. All maintenance, tenant issues, tax/government changes, all issues relevant to my property were well communicated and I relied on them to keep me compliant. Downtown Suites was recommended to us and we switched and it was amazing experience. A complete contrast to the first company.
Lisa, Marcella, Ruby and the rest of the team are so incredibly warm and engaging while still being consummate professionals. Incredibly responsive and always got back to us. They just took care of everything. We were in such good hands and felt so secure even though we were miles away.

Updating from the comments I got for my previous review. I actually was never contacted by Carepest or any companies for pest control. No emails, phone calls, nothing. I have emails saved (and welcome to post) asking multiple times about it and was told DT suites would get back to me as it was not emergencies. Anyway just want to make that clear as that never happened. Thanks.
