Was told the earliest anyone could see a condo DT was Wednesday on Tuesday morning I received an email saying showing cancelled we showed Saturday and they took it. We asked to see it that same Saturday and was told no the soonest was Wednesday 6pm.
Very unprofessional and I see this isn’t the first time they have done this to people.

It is my first time having to be a "landlord", so I am very thankful that I have found ER. They have been taking care of everything for me. I could not be happier with the kind of professional help that I am receiving. They are as good as they advertise themselves to be. Horrible horrible horrible experience! Good luck getting any answers from these people! They make it very difficult and had me waiting until the 15th of the month to tell me that I didn't get the place. Been in contact with them from before the 1st of the month and gave them all my information.
I am more than qualified with a high credit score, great income, and enough money in savings to actually buy the unit I was looking to rent.
Now I have 2 weeks to hopefully find a place to rent. (wish me luck)
I would stay far from these guys.

We had a terrible experience with EasyRent. We found the place that we wanted and booked a time to view it which was June 12th (this was the first available date as the tenant was in quarantine until then). I expressed that I was feeling uneasy because that was the middle of the month and I needed to have a condo to move into for July 1st. I was assured that I was the first person to see it on June 12th and was told that if I fill out an application form before June 12th, they would potentially be able to have a virtual tour done before physically seeing the unit. Highly recommend working with Eric Chen. He processed our application quickly and was a fantastic property manager throughout the 2 years we lived there. Any time we had an issue with an appliance or fixture, he was quick & responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily work with him again!

The apt we have lived comes with a storage locker and a parking lot. But there was no room for our stuff because the owner was actually using it. I think Easy rent might not have checked it.
This neighborhood we live has recently got worse and there are lots of homeless people. On top of that there had been a water leakage in this building . So we wanted to move to another part of downtown.
We kept looking for a new apt and finally found one managed by Easy rent. An agent Ms Patty Ho showed it to a few couples including us. But for some reason she didn't give us an application form to apply for

I have been a client with Easyrent for several years and have been nothing but impressed with the quality of service that this company provides. The property wasn't up to clean standards when we moved in. We should have reported this, but we just got on and cleaned it instead. I would say that was the previous tenant, but should have been checked. Other than that Easy Rent were great!
Easy Rent quickly dealt with issues and sent out repair staff when required. Always promptly responsed to emails - very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the service we received, I would happily recommend. Thanks!

I viewed several apartments downtown with agent Sophia and I had an overall great experience. The places were all clean, and good condition. Great views.
I was running a few minutes late to first showing and Sophia was accommodating to wait for me and was helpful with all my questions. There was also someone else there viewing same time as me and we wore masks and took seperate elevators which made me feel comfortable.
Thank you as I just recommend EasyRent to some friends looking for a new place as well.

The worst rent management company that I've seen in my life. I had to terminate my service with them after 4 months. The staff are not professional and the owner is really rude. You should carefully review your statements and the fees you are charged for. They may have not provided the service but charged you for the fee. Be aware, they may even steal money from you, as they did to me.
