Wow… what can I say. As a woman in the HVAC industry I am often overlooked when I go into the supply stores. But today I had the most amazing customer service ever. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I called in about a motor and was transferred to someone with an attitude and no patience. I simply told him the motor was for a commercial unit and was about to continue with the model number and proceeded to tell me he’s been doing this for 30 years and he doesn’t care if it is for commercial or residential and doesn’t need my business and then hung the phone up. The last employee I spoke to before being transferred to him asked me if it was for a residential unit or commercial. Either way VERY unprofessional and I’m sure he’s just an employee based on his
