Our business contracted Precision HVAC several years ago to do the spring and fall maintenance for our heating and ac and we've had a few minor repairs that we've called about as well. They are always professional with their communication and they show up when they say they will. Leaford is the technician that works on our equipment and he is also very professional and I trust his work.
We will continue to use them for our maintenance and anything else that comes up and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their help.

From the initial point of contact to the in home service, I was very impressed and pleased with this company, and Leaford in particular. The booking process was fast and efficient and the turnaround time was great. I appreciated the honest feedback and did not feel that I was being upsold or anything of that nature. I will be hiring Precision HVAC to do my regular maintenance and any future HVAC work needed.

Extremely prompt service, very professional. Leaford came out next day at 8am (I called at 11pm) and got our furnace going. Was honest with his pricing and service recommendations. I'm still waiting on the other guys to "call back" meanwhile Precision is already in and out! Strongly recommend if you're in the GTA.
