We had a tankless water heater installed by Ed and the team at EVAM. All I can say is customer service is alive and well with this company! From the first time I met Ed, he was responsive, patient (explaining everything and answering questions) and always making sure that we were satisfied with what was being done. I can't recommend EVAM high enough - honest, trustworthy, professional - a true class act!!

We had returned to our home at night around 10 pm in Mississauga after 10-15 days in December 2021 and our Bryant furnace wasn't working as it was quite old(more than 20 yrs) and the whole house was freezing. So we had to spend the night in cold with a young daughter. The next morning i was happy to reach out many other along with Ed(Bryant dealer) @8 am in the morning to hear my issue and reaching out to help @9:30 am at my house(the 1st one showed up to help). After examining the whole issue he was back with a new furnace in 1 hour and fortunately he and his buddy Andre were able to install it

I had a problem with my furnace & wanted to have proper action so I called two or three dealers who are in this business & I called up Evam Canada & Mr Edward responded & I found him to be honest, professional & experienced for what I was looking for and I got my new furnace installed by Evam. Ed was everything we could hope for as he helped us select our furnace replacement. He made himself available right away, was punctual, polite, personable and very proficient. Most importantly for us; he had a vast knowledge of heating and air conditioning (being an Engineer helped) and patiently addressed every questions we had (and we had a lot of them!), in a clear, no nonsense or upselling way, making sure we understood and were comfortable with the answers.
