Our realtor recommended Mr Home Inspector to take care of an inspection for a condo we were interested in. I recently called Daniel to see if he could do a last minute inspection for me. He sent Lloyd to do the inspection and I was very grateful that they were able to pull it together for me.

I paid Daniel to come inspect the home my wife and I were interested before I purchased it, overall he said it was a good house and didn’t have anything major to fix.
I paid extra to have the moisture camera detect any leaks in the house as well
The first night in the house we noticed a leak into the crawl space... when I asked Daniel about it he… denied any wrongdoing and didn’t want to handle anything civilly. I had to email the BBB along with his insurance company to get anywhere and At that point I was offered half a refund but it would make my contract void.... which I did
