I find It gets the job done professionally! I used their services twice in the past few months while looking for a home. We ended up buying the second one. MO worked on both the inspections. The company was quick to respond when I first made contact and provided a clear quote, along with available appointments. We required inspections on short notice and the team at I Find It Inspections did a fantastic job accommodating us. Communication was strong from the moment we booked. Hakha did a great job, and I am satisfied with his thorough inspection. The report he sent the same day was very helpful, with a lot of photos and great explanations. One of the best things about the report was highlighting solutions to each issue with pictures to illustrate the correct way to fix them. Overall, I was very pleased with the report's quality and price. Definitely contacting him for future inspections.

Peace of mind is something we really needed when buying our home. The service that I Find It Inspections provided was top notch! These guys catch everything! I should have done more research before picking my inspector and I've learned that just because it's more expensive, doesn't mean that it's better. I hired this company as the reviews looked great and I needed an inspection before moving into a condo. The person who came in and did my inspection seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything every well. I bought a condo in January 2020 and did a search on Yelp for home inspectors. I received prompt replies from all the inquires including from Paul's team at "I Find It Inspections". The reason I chose "I Find It Inspections" is because my realtor recommended him too. Strangely though, when I was letting other businesses on Yelp know that I booked my home inspection with someone else, most were gracious but one company asked who I booked with and then started to say really negative things about the company I chose!?! We had an inspection done by Paul the other day for a new purchase and are very pleased we used him. He provided us at the end with a comprehensive 60 page report and went through everything that he had found and what it meant.
After this, he did a walkthrough of the full house showing us where the electrical box, furnace, water tank, and gas &… water shut offs were located along with some other useful things. Each one tagged by Paul identifying what they are.
He took time at the end to address any questions and queries with us too.

Paul was awesome. He came in to inspect our new build and while there wasn't a lot of items that needed addressing (relative to others he's seen), I think that the 65 page inspection report was worth it. The developer agreed to fix all all but two of Paul's recommendations however, I'm still discussing those with the developer as well - fingers crossed).

Amazing service! Our inspector was incredibly thorough and walked us through the complete inspection. Within an hour of completing the inspection we were even emailed a complete digital copy. We were recommended I Find It Inspections by our realtor. After seeing all the positive reviews we decided to go with them. We were very pleased to get Paul the owner as our inspector. He inspected our condo thoroughly and was very picky which is exactly what you want from a home inspector. He brought many things to our knowledge that we weren't even aware of. He not only completed a very detailed inspection but also took the time to review the entire property with us, provide feedback on safety and other concerns related to our family as well as walk us through the key maintenance areas and systems we need to know. Paul performed a home inspection for us on a condo Burnaby, and did a very thorough job. At the end of the inspection, he had a full presentation prepared, including photos, of what he had inspected and found within the unit, outside the building and in the parkade. He also spent a good amount of time explaining the process of the home inspection and took us through the unit to show us where the defects were, the degree of seriousness and recommended actions.
