Brejesh did a home inspection on a property we purchased. He was extremely thorough in his investigation and explained everything to us in an understandable way. He even caught a potential gas leak in the building and called it in to the strata! He also sent us an incredibly detailed written report within 24 hours. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

As if Brejesh needed any more good reviews. But I thought I'd share my experience.
If my memory serves me right, I first met Brejesh in 2017 while selling a condo in an older strata complex that was debating roof replacement. And it was the only stumbling block to the sale. Brejesh was hired by the buyers not only for the unit inspection but also for the common properties in the Strata. Brejesh's estimate of the roof replacement cost was extremely close to the actual budget approved by the strata council two months later.

Brejesh was excellent. After conducting a thorough review of the property, he not only walked me through the trouble spots (pointing out deficiencies), but also gave valuable pointers on how to maintain proper upkeep and perform simple upgrades. I feel a lot more confident about our purchase now, and would highly recommend Brejesh to anyone looking for a thorough and informative report on the current/future state of a property.

Brejesh was very professional and at the same time approachable. My husband and I are so happy with the all the work he put into our home inspection. Brejesh was wonderful to work with! Honest, reassuring, competent, and thorough. It was super easy to book an appointment, he is very accommodating with times, and arrived a little early to scope the place out. He gave us a walkthrough of what he found in our condo unit, and gave us advice on how to patch up the small maintenance issues in the unit, and pointed out which things we would need the strata to fix. He also finished our report basically the same day! Would recommend him to anyone in need of an inspection.
