If you have an accepted offer to purchase your dream home please allow A-Z Home Inspections 3 to 4 hours going through everything. We will make sure your new home is safe and sound and report the deficiencies to you in both written form and photos. The more we find the more money you save. An advantage to you is knowing what is wrong with your home before it goes up for sale.
ON: Detached Residential, Rural Homes, Mobile Homes, Duplex and Row Homes, this will take several hours to complete, Note: Rural homes may be on well water or septic systems, you may require more specific testing of these systems by qualified contractors in their fields. Consider a separate septic inspection or water quality test if this applies to you.

10 home inspections completed for me this past month - all with great detail and care - personal follow up and pictures. Gary knows his stuff and provides a professional service with detailed reports so we can be informed about the properties we manage. After spending a full afternoon recently researching and contacting home inspectors, I found Gary and hired him to do an inspection in a new condo development in Langley, I was with him during the entire inspection and couldn't be happier with the result!

Gary inspected two homes for us in our house-buying process. Gary is a personable and easy-going person who puts you at ease with his through home inspections. We purchased a new build in Langley, and received less than 2 days notice to conduct the deficiency walk through. A-Z Home Inspections was on my list of potential home inspectors before they contacted me to schedule the walk through.
