Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Doesn't factor sustainability or any kind of environmental externalities into decision making. The owner of this company doesn't even believe in climate change.... That's a big oof for a real estate developer in the 21st century. 0 ability to comprehend risk management. They also treat their contractors poorly.
