Services
In 1959, a young Danilo Danzo headed from Toronto to Vancouver Island in search of new and promising opportunities. He soon was actively involved in the development and management of real estate in Port Alberni and later extended this knowledge to more properties in Victoria. TPM Properties grew out of Mr. Danzo's need to manage his growing real estate portfolio, yet retain his signature personal touch.
With TPM Properties, you're not just getting expert property management, you're getting the insights of a property owner. We are unique as we manage our own properties. We personally understand an owner's need to protect their investments and to have the right people working on bringing value to the property.
Our portfolio covers nearly than 1 million square feet of managed property, with over 785 units of residential, commercial, cooperative, strata and warehouse properties in our care. We know what it takes to manage a property well; from tenants to maintenance, from sudden emergencies to long-term investment plans.
Full rent must be received by the Landlord on or before the first calendar day of each month unless the parties agree in writing in advance to a different date. Failure to pay the rent on the due date is a breach of a material term of the tenancy agreement and is subject to an administration fee of $25.00 each.

I've lived in a TPM property for about 2.5 years now and will be leaving soon. My time has not been perfect because I had a couple mice and some bugs and stuff, but that's just part of living in an old building by a park. Their RESPONSES were wonderful. I've never complained about anything and NOT had TPM show up to deal with it SAME DAY.
Problems WILL happen with rentals, but responsiveness like that is a pretty rare thing. I've found that TPM were reasonable in every situation, and they've been very easy to work with in my time here and have always been respectful in their communications.
