Andrew from Brown Bros has been great to work with for our strata property management for our condo building. He had a big job with taking our strata from self managed to having proper strata management but has handled everything with diligence and professionalism. Andrew is always quick to respond to our inquiries and questions and is very versed with the Strata regulations and requirements. I would highly recommend Andrew and the Brown Bros team!

We rented a condo for 16 yrs very happy ,with brown bros, but unfortunately landlord sold,and couldn't find another one so close to our rent, and moved to nova Scotia with family, but would love to come back, so hopefully in 2022, we will be able to find something. We are old age pensioners.

We wish to extend thanks and appreciation for the assistance we received from Drew Storey, assistant to our Property Manager, in setting up services, dates and times for our recent move out, which enabled us to complete everything on the same day and not have to return from the Mainland for the move out inspection.

We've had a great experience with Brown Bros! Conrad and Drew are friendly, professional and accommodating. As most of us will know, the rental situation is currently unprecedented. Despite this, their communication was prompt through all stages of our relocation, from the application process, to checking to make sure we'd settled in comfortably. The virtual tour they sent us was especially helpful as we were living in a different city when searching for a new home. Yes, we would absolutely recommend Brown Bros.

We were very happy with brown bros, when we lived in our apartment, Conrad Pugh was our property manager and he was awesome, he was very friendly and very nice and easy to get along with , if you needed anything he was there to help you, and got any problems you had solved as quick as he could, we would definitely rent from brown bros in the future should the need arise and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place thank you again Conrad for everything Cindy and Don Hill

Me and my boyfriend have been apartment hunting for a while, but with no luck. Some agencies were taking to long to respond and some did not respond at all. With Conrad from Brown Bros we were able to schedule a viewing the very same day I contacted him about the place we were interested in. During the viewing he answered all of our questions and was very professional and friendly. The place was exactly what we were hoping to find so we submitted our application, and got approval in less than 24 hours!
