Had brought my car here to get an oil change a few months ago because my regular mechanic was on vacation and I didn’t want to surpass the recommended kilometres since I had a 4 hour drive coming up. Tire Junction stripped my drain plug and put silicone in which made my mechanic hesitant to continue with the oil change as he said once it was out, it might not be able to go back in and would mean I might end up needing a new oil pan, meaning more money spent.
I went in and explained my issue and the owner was nothing but defensive and arrogant right off the bat. He pointed fingers at anyone but

Amar is such a nice guy, just got my winter tires on and he charged a very reasonable and comparable price to other quotes I got, his service was great; you can tell he's been doing this a long time, his customer service skills are fantastic. I even recommended my cousin to him and she was pleased as well. Great job, Amar!

Wow! Best tire experience ever. 10/10. I’d never bought winter tires before and they were helpful, told me all the things I DIDN’T need, and got me in right away without an appointment. Not only that, but the price for the tires was half that quoted at the other places I’d looked at. Would definitely go back there. The staff really look out for you. My appointment ran a little long and I was very hungry, and one staff member gave me some cookies.

Poor customer service. They took 3 hours for oil change when there were only 2 people ahead of us. Guy was so rude and unprofessional, after waiting for 2 hours when i asked him why it was taking so long, he said u can take your car and go somewhere else, he said he has been in this business for 38 years, in that case i can only imagine how many people might have suffered rude behavior on their end.We were there for a service, not to be treated like we owed them something. Such people don't know the meaning of customer service and they run the business.
