We are experts in rehabilitation, fitness and pilates. Personal Best Physiotherapy offers recommends Pilates exercises to complement a client's rehabilitation program. Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness.
Davisville is 4 stops north of Bloor on the subway line. We are located south of Davisville, east of Yonge and west of Mount Pleasant, on the north side of Merton Street. The physio here is of the best and I have benefited from the services of two excellent professionals over a period of several years. My current physio, Kate Fewer, is demonstrably terrific at her job, showing a font of knowledge about the functional anatomy of my condition (involves pain) and how to develop my core musculature to fight it. She is able to explain the whole strategy to me and answer all my questions clearly in plain language.

She ( Kate Fewer) gave me a thorough assessment which was about 45 minutes long on the first day. She is very knowledgeable about my condition. She gave me some very helpful exercises to do at home and also made me try them out in her presence. The exercises were sent on email. I was able to respond with comments after each exercise which helped her monitor my progress. Not a second was wasted during the appointments and every second is devoted to cure and recovery. At the end of each appointment, I have come away with the feeling that I am in good hands.

I saw numerous other doctors and physios for a neck issue that caused near constant pain for 6 months, without results. Then I went to Diedre at Personal Best. She took the time to properly diagnose my issue and make a plan that works for me, taking my schedule and budget into account. I am finally getting better and I am beyond grateful. Couldn’t recommend more highly 😊

I have had an excellent experience at Personal Best. I'm being treated for osteoarthritis in my hip and my surgeon has suggested that prior to doing surgery right away, that I try regular physio. Its worked out better than I could ever have expected. But in addition, the clinic has a very calm and friendly environment which helps, too.
