Gentle Motion is an in-home personal training and stretch therapy service, committed to providing a gentler approach to exercise and fitness. Our aim is to overcome some of the most common restrictions for people who want to exercise, but require a customized exercise program, such as seniors, people in post-injury rehab, and post-natal women.

Gentle Motion was started by Moshe Schwartz, certified personal trainer, nutritionist and Fascial Stretch Therapist. His team of trainers are dedicated to providing effective, efficient, and, most importantly, safe exercise programs, customized to each individual's needs.

Specializing in injury rehab and prevention, and with a dedicated focus on post natal fitness, seniors' health and fitness, and fascial stretch therapy (FST), Moshe and his team can help improve range of motion, mood, and flexibility through their personalized fitness programs.
Gentle Motion offers a range of seniors' fitness programs. Whether you're new to exercise, or have been unable to exercise due to an existing condition, our customized seniors' exercise programs are designed to be safe for the body, but will deliver great results. Staying active is hugely important for both mental health and physical health, and this is especially true as we get older.
Gentle Motion offers a range of injury rehab and prevention programs that are designed to speed up the recovery process, while at the same time getting you towards your fitness goals in a safe way. Whether you've suffered an injury in the past, struggle with joint pain, or want to prevent injury when exercising, Gentle Motion can help you towards your goal.

After a year and a half working from home during Covid I've gotten stiff and out of shape. Moshe comes with tremendous knowledge and was able to quickly get me back into a routine that eased me back into exercise, scaled to my level. I'm really happy I made the decision to work with Moshe.

I work with many clients with chronic pain, limited motion and other conditions that make exercise difficult. I always recommend Gentle Motion because I know not only are they professional, but because they don't follow a cookie-cutter approach to exercise.
