They never monitored my CPAP results as they said they would. I was having upwards of 400 apnea events a night while using the CPAP. I had to chase them down and ask what the hell was happening to me. Now I suffer from Cheyne-Stokes. Never called me about the Phillips CPAP recall either. I had to call them months after it was announced when a… friend told me about it. Not even an apology when I asked why I had to find out months later on my own. They only want to sell you or your insurance company a machine. They only care about the bottom line and not their patients. If you are in Calgary

I waited a long time, in pain, to be interrogated, interrupted, ignored, and eye rolled by a rude, disinterested Dr. Sabrina Apel. I have managed large skilled facilities, I can spot an uninterested, combative person a mile away. Arms crossed or hands on hips, before I even spoke. After ignoring or interrupting anything I had to say, she offered Botox for migraines I don't have. This is a very fresh doctor, perhaps botox and the like for the next decade is a good idea. I sent her a letter outlining how I feel, but that I still need a neurologist that will listen. She declined, with malice
