When we were planning our yearly winter holiday to Arizona, a last-minute Dr appt put our plans in jeopardy when the Dr said my husband may have a deficit in his field of vision. We required testing and clearance from an optometrist. Strawn and company were unbelievably accommodating, the Dr even stayed late to facilitate our squeeze in appt, and they even scheduled a follow up appt for the next morning. With their help we were on our way on schedule and no words can express our gratitude. The whole staff was pleasant and professional and that kind of customer service is rare in today's world.

Dr Stephanie Strawn is the best! The most professional & knowledgeable optometrist with the latest equipment to provide the best eye care there is! Dr Strawn not only diagnosed my problem immediately after hearing my symptoms but also referred me to the best eye surgeon to solve my problems. My previous doctor called my symptoms "unheard of" for 2 years prior. Thank goodness I had the right instinct to switch doctors when I did! Thanks so much!

This is the first time I had my eyes examined at Strawn & Company. I won’t go back to them because of their “upsell” technique. I was told during my exam that I had dry eyes and given an instruction sheet of things to do to help the dry eyes which included drops and a hot compress mask. After my exam Lisa (the optometrist) escorted me to the front to pay my bill and placed eye drops and a mask in front of me. There was no discussion as to whether or not I wanted to actually pay the $70+ for these two items. It was just automatically added to the cost of my eye exam. I was totally caught off

Received notification that I was overdue for eye exam, it had been 4 years. I called the office and spoke with very pleasant receptionist on their side. Booked appointment with Dr. S. Strawn couple weeks out. Telephone conversation was very pleasant, fun and personable. Went in for my appointment yesterday and was thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. Check in no big deal, then on to eye tests, done by very pleasant young lady (Steph - apparently there are 3 "Stephs" there.) Very professional, pleasant and efficient. After years of disliking my old eye clinic I made the move to Strawn & Co. What a difference! Staff were polite, friendly, thorough and organized. Dr. Lisa was simply amazing and very knowledgeable about a health condition I am dealing with that can potentiality affect my eyes. I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I wish I had changed sooner.
