Some sad fellows as receptionists. I wish I know the name of the one that attended to me. She told me to have a nice day after a very unpleasant and rude response from her 😀. The one with the dark hair. Get some joy guys.

The front desk needs to pick up phone and they are the worst in customer service. They put you on hold and never answer the phone. You end up calling again. The nurse is good and the doctor's are great. They need to change those people in the front desk. They are rude and inefficient.

Such saddd girls at the recpetion😂. I called them to ask for there names so i can make a complaint to alberta health services and they slammed the phone down and blocked every phone number coming in. All she said was " manning drive medical" than i hear a click. If you girls want to keep your job keep your respect towards your patients like you would do to yours, customer service goes along away expecially the ones who are sick. So disgusted in this clinic. Confused by a lot of the reviews... I've been coming here for years and I love my doctor and the receptionists. They try their best with a usually busy clinic, I have never experienced any rudeness or bad attitude from them. I actually would recommend this clinic to anyone who asked

I got my COVID vaccine from here upon a recommendation. The Asian lady (manager) took 20 minutes to enter my information in the computer. When time to get the needle, she stabbed me with the needle which almost paralyzed my arm with pain for 2 days and didn't give me any bandaid either. Later I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my paperwork as well. Also to mention I was the only patient there. Later after I left, I was called again to come back to sign some paperwork. Shouldn't have gone back and let her deal with her mistake herself. Overall horrible experience and I suggest her to think

This place was quite decent at first, until my family and i came ten minutes late due to a train. the front desk lady was yelling at us for no reason. i was confused and i started to get very anxious. i just wanted to know when i could reschedule and was asking if i can come another day to reschedule because i have work. and to all my working single mothers, we can just miss any day at work like its nothing. after i came home from work, i got a message saying that i cant come there anymore. i was scared and worried if i couldnt find another doctor, i need one fast. all my daughters have horrible

The doctors are always in hurry and they don't even listen to you if u tell them about your issues and problems they always recommend to book another appointment. It's like a total waste of time there. Please I am asking the authorities to have a look on there behavior and their work. They are not there to help the patients there only focus is to get as much as patients they get and money out of it

WORST reception staff ever. Worst customer service, going into a medical clinic the front staff are supposed to make you feel welcome this clinic is the complete opposite they are always gossiping loud and all around very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone..

I don’t recommend even stepping foot at this clinic. Honestly, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional in the most possible way she could be, almost as if her job was to yell at patients rather than actually helping them. The worst part is that the doctors refuse to see you after “arguing” with the receptionist. This is annoying, I really didn't want to write this. The receptionist kept giving me attitude! I was just wondering what time was my appointment! She could of said it nicely but hell no she did not. If I could, I would give her a 0/10. Horrible experience, would not reccomend.

Used to be really good, I saw Dr Hajjar who was really nice. But the reception staff have been so terrible lately, I have had to leave and go to Eastgate Medical Clinic instead. The reception staff never answer the phone, never return calls, and are super rude. Had one lady ask me snarkily one time on the phone "Why are you still taking that medication?" for a chronic condition I have. I was so shocked I was almost speachless. After the 10th time trying to phone for an appointment and getting ignored, I have officially left and will never come back. DO NOT GO HERE!

Has really helped me threw a difficult time I had to switch and find a new GP. I have PKad1 and she took me as a patient. Straighten out my blood pressure thyroid. And got me to specialist I needed. She listens to you, and is truly concerned and explains everything well. As well as working with other specialists, making sure medications are all ok and treatments. All on board, she goes above and beyond. She has really helped me with my medical issues. She always does appropriate tests. She helps me deal with my illness and helps when needed most. She is a true doctor not quick

The service was fast, I was there for maybe 20 min tops to see a doctor as walk in. However, the front medical office staff was extremely unprofessional. They were talking bad about about the patients and making fun of them. Yes ... everyone in the waiting room can hear what a medical office receptionist is saying. They were so loud and thought they were in some high school class. It wasn't a good first impression at all. Learn how to be professional and I must say that's the only thing wrecking this place.

A few years ago I was searching for a good family doctor. After some consultation with Doctors at other locations, I came across this clinic and connected with a Doctor there for my initial consultation. He was amazing in reviewing my entire history with me and offered to be my family doctor after my previous one kind of vanished. I took him up on the offer and went for my first physical with him. He was very thorough and caring and has been since. Even if he is not there, due to vacation or other commitments, the clinic always finds someone to meet my needs in a very timely manner. I also

Booked an appointment for 3:40PM got there at 3:35PM sat in the waiting room for 40mins and watched 5 Muslim woman with kids come in during the 40 mins and confirm their appointments and were brought in immediately to 5 mins of waiting. I think they prioritize their own ethnic backgrounds to other patients. Was only whites waiting in the waiting area. This clinic is ridiculous and needs to be shut down. The same owners also own the Wye road clinic in Sherwood Park as well.

Dr Hajjar is a wonderful physician and has cared for my partner, her mother, and I for nearly a decade. The veteran staff are great. I think people's complaints about staff here generally concerns new hires.

My wife and I were patients of a Dr. that works out of this clinic in Sherwood Park and the staff in Sherwood Park were all so polite and welcoming; however it is the 100% opposite of the Manning Medical Clinic. The front staff are all so rude and has a self righteous attitude; excluding the Dr. and the blood pressure tech.
