I am a registered psychologist licenced by the College of Psychologist of Ontario since 1992 (licence #2502). I completed my undergraduate degree at York University and graduated with a doctoral degree is counselling psychology from the University of Toronto (OISE) in 1991. I held the position of Coordinator, Biobehavioural Services at Centenary Health Centre where I provided treatment programs in the areas of anxiety, stress and pain management.
I also held the position of Clinical Supervisor in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation (chronic pain) clinic where I provided assessment, treatment, and consultation services. I have been in full-time private practice since 1996 where I provide assessment, treatment and consultation services to adults (over 18).

Services
My approach is evidenced-based, solution-focused, and collaborative. Treatments are tailored to each client's particular needs with the aim of assisting individuals to better manage thoughts, emotions, physical symptoms and behaviours that are causing distress in their lives. Personal strengths and resources are drawn out and mobilized.
Referrals for assessment and treatment are accepted by physicians and other health care professionals as well as insurance case managers, adjusters, and lawyers. Self-referrals are also welcome. Fees for psychological services are not covered by OHIP. Payment by cash or cheque is required at the time service is provided.
The office is located at the northwest corner of Davis Drive and Patterson Street (across the street from the hospital parking lot).
