Open Monday through Saturday, Shawnessy Medical Clinic, a walk-in clinic in Calgary, offers a convenient location in Southern Calgary for access to medical attention from experienced doctors and nurses. No need for an appointment. We will always do our best to see patients. Located in the Safeway Plaza in southwest Calgary, we are accessible by wheelchair, offer free parking and are near the Shawnessy train station.

Dr. ALI just a aweful doctor. No manners no patience very rude. Alwats cut off. Never listen to you but gives you opinion on her own assumption. She things she a supirior than others and dont care her job. I went tgere few time and i figuerd it out this is not the place to come amd concern about health which is very inportant. Tried to fit in thi environment but there is soooo many good place out there. Do not take mentally harrasment from her.

Shawnessy medical clinic Shazia Ali is the worst doctor I have ever met. I have been there 3/4 times. First time I ignored her attitude but couldn’t take over and over. She always cuts up my sentence never listen proper sentences. She’s too busy to pick her patient’s fault. She expects me know medical term.She’s always talk over me and does not want to listen what I am trying to say. I had a phone appointment, I missed one time and right away I called to clinic but it was closed. Voice mail she told me she’s going to call me at 10 am. But she didn’t. I understand she got busy. I have been going to Dr. Ali for about 7 years and I really like her. My whole family sees her and have had great experiences. She is direct which I can see some people not liking but personally I think it’s great. She also has always taken every concern of mine seriously. She has even checked with a phone call when my son was sick.

My experience with Dr. Ali was beyond disappointing. I had a meet and greet with my pregnant wife today and the Doctor’s attitude was atrocious. She doesn’t allow people to speak and belittles people when speaking to them.
She is rude and unprofessional. My wife has decided to not take the 11 week test to detect any abnormalities but I inquired about the pros and cons of taking one. The doctor’s response and I quote was “ I am not going to waste my time explaining it if she has opted not to take it”
I found this extremely unprofessional as it is her job as a Doctor to educate her patients
