My experience at Harris Mazda was entirely positive! The staff was exceptionally helpfully and very accommodating. Everyone I delt with was very knowledgeable and patient.

Ya know, I miss the friendly and classy customer area at Mazda in Vancouver on Boundary road. Top notch customer service. Smiles all around. Mechanic comes put and chats with you when finished. Even though they are busy. This place....meh. they did the work but it was all a freaking mystery. Even the work order and invoice..

Excellent experience with Harris Mazda. I had listed my used car on Facebook Marketplace and Barry reached out saying that they were interested. I drove to the dealership that night, Ryan inspected my car (which took all of 5 minutes) & they wrote me up an offer I couldn't refuse. I had a cheque in hand the next morning. Excellent customer service all around. Really appreciated Barry Davies going above and beyond to get me into the car that I wanted at a price I could afford. Barry even came to my place to pick up the transfer papers for my trade-in. Couldn't ask for better service.
