This is the best service I have ever received. Gary is amazing, And the best insurance broker I have ever dealt with. I have been using beneficial for 20 years now for my business and I’ve now dumped my best friend insurance company to move all of my personal insurance through here. Excellent!!! I have been with Beneficial for over 5 years and I work specifically with Kent Miles. We had our first hail claim this month and the process was incredible! Kent set us up with policies through Pembridge and I always felt that our premiums were reasonable and our coverage was probably pretty good but wow!. Talking to neighbours, we have the lowest deductible on our house and cars, the call centre was friendly and so helpful, and the adjusters that they sent were so professional.

Very poor service. If there is no issue, they are good to you taking your money. If need help, you are left on your own.
Interupt people all the time during a call, impossible to finish your sentence, extremely unfriendly, not willing to solve an easy issue.....
I changed this guys, found a much better broker, with much better conditions, better price, more engagement, much more friendly....helpful...

Recently our car was hit by someone and we were left on our own to deal with issues . Gary told us talk to Christina Story the Claim Adjuster from Aviva who we had our cars and home insured with. Every time I call Christina if she heard anything from the other insurance company to pay for our damaged vehicle, she would say nope they haven’t emailed me yet. Anyway, I called the other insurance myself and they say they have had everything sent to Aviva already. So that tells they never wanted to deal with this issue. Now I feel like they were only robbing us for years and years for nothing.

I have been dealing with Beneficial and Gary Tremblay for many years now and have had nothing less than exemplary service from him. He always goes above and beyond for anything I need or want. I have seen a number of negative reviews thanks to the recent changes in the insurance industry. Brokers have no control over what the insurance companies decide to charge you. Be aware that the provincial rate cap is going to expire in August meaning insurance providers will be able to charge whatever they want. Currently some insurance companies are cancelling policies in entire neighborhoods or cancelling

Do not use this broker! They do not return phone calls. I made full payment toward my policy 2 weeks ago and called them to ensure they knew that same day. Had to leave a message. I figured averything was fine. This morning I received a message threatening to cancel my policy if payment is not made. What??? Obviously extremely concerned, I tried to contact them by phone several times over the course of 4 hours. NO ONE ANSWERS. Again left a message. After not hearing from them I decided to go down to the office to talk to them in person. Travelled by car to the address listed on their website and

They were great to us at first. Then we just added another vehicle to our policy after 3 years and the broker told us the wrong amount therefor the payment bounced in that account and our policy is being terminated!! This would cost our family $950 to have it back!!! Not happy at all we will be canceling asap and switching companies. This is twice now this has happened! Already been told by the broker there’s nothing they can do about it.

Shady buisness. Got quoted insurance for 800. Sent money, said yes except my address was wrong. Asked if they could change it. I moved blocks away same small town. The broker got back to me and said it was another 400. So I said forget it. I then said forget it I'm not paying that absorbent amount. He then responded with feel free to shop around. So I assumed I had no insurance because I had NOT approved it. However they took the money and started me a policy. Then said just pay the extra amount to avoid the hassle. No I'm battling to get my money back...all I get is snide emails and condescending

This is by far the best insurance company i have dealt with, my broker's name ( Best broker in the CITY) is Brent Lariviere and honestly Brent is the man, he helped me a lot not only with my insurance policy but even understanding how everything works, he is very good at what he does, good attitude, respectful and he works very quick. I would highly recommend anyone to him no question about it. His work ethics is clean AF!
