It's OK, but needs a complete overhaul. Built back in the day, a telephone in the bathroom!!! No USB charging outlets or flip light switches. Let's get into the 21st Century. Pink Miami Lites hanging from the roof, I half expected Don Johnson to be sitting at the front desk in his white jacket. $134 for a bed was a little much and that was with a CAA discount. I drove 2 minutes South and got a room at the Hampton Inn for less the next two nights. Not coming back to your hotel, the bubblegum on the bed post was a huge turnoff.

Hotel floor smelled of sewage or " humidity " as manager called it despite 6 rooms being gutted on our floor. Refused to acknowledge smell. Or negotiate rated based on hotels conditions even freezer was full of excessive ice. Very under maintained hotel. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice

Over the last month, my wife and I have had 2 days that we had to be out of our apartment for over 6 hours. We also have a cat, so we decided to stay at a nearby hotel. We've stayed at the St. Albert Inn in St. Albert a few times before, and we knew it was nice, but that was just the 2 of us. This time, we stayed in a pet room. Quite nice, but also quite basic. Our cat seemed to really enjoy it, once she got over the stress of being away from home. The staff were very nice, and the breakfast that was included was great!

As an explorer, here's my spin... this hotel was booked for me, I thought it would be quite loud facing the main street, but found it relatively quiet. Easy to find hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Thick towels and crisp sheets. Close to services that you can leave your car.

The beds were very comfortable, bedding had crisp white comforter and clean white sheets. Very fresh. Pillows were abundant and had a choice of many.
Room a little musty smelling and not as clean as it could be. Obviously the vacuum does not get corners and whom ever cleans the bathroom does not close to the door behind them to clean BEHIND the door.
Pool and hot tub were great. Dated but clean.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The pool and waterslide were clean and my kids really enjoyed swimming there. The only downside is the rooms are dated, if that matters to you. The beds were comfortable.

Staff is always nice. Rooms are clean and tidy. The pool does show its age a bit, minor rust here and there. But its not a show stopper my any means. Kids enjoy the water slide, the restaurant attached to the hotel is very convenient.

I wasn't that impressed. The rooms were not as clean as they should be, the linens had stains, and what put me over the edge was the family across the hall let their kids run screaming up and down the hall for about an hour. The good part was the service was excellent, and the response was fast when we complained about the excessive noise. The one recommendation (other than hire new cleaners) is the housekeeping staff need to be reminded to knock on the door before entering. I didn't like when the housekeeper walked in at 9 am when I was getting dressed.

This may not be the most fair review for this place as we didn't actually stay here. We attended a Christmas party here. But here goes. The buffet food was decent but they ran out or just didn't refill. The bar was good, service was great there BUT more than one table complained the wine glasses were dirty. Mine had lips marks on it. The bathrooms were nice, well kept. The people bussing the tables seemed to hate their job. We never did get a water refill. I mean all in all it was good. If you have a function this place might not be a bad venue to try

The hotel was decent. Bed was ok, although it was only a queen. The room's configuration was weird. The bed did not face the TV and the bedside lamp and alarm clock were powered by extension cords (unhidden) running from the wall opposite the TV. The water pressure in the shower was pretty bad. The room had a wall mounted air conditioner that let cold air in (and moisture out so the room was very dry). The wirelss internet was horrible (most of the time the sites timed out) and no wired internet was available in my room (only certain rooms have that). There were also lights on the outside

Nice central location in St Albert, very clean hotel with modern appointments. Staff seemed excellent and very friendly. Comfy beds and a nice pool with waterslide. Nice little coffee shop just off lobby. VERY pricey small town hotel at around $185.00 per night however.

The St. Albert Inn is pretty much a landmark of the suburban city. They've recently done extensive renovations and it looks pretty good.

My sister had her wedding reception here in the summer. She was a little concerned that the carpeting in the conference room was still pretty dated but once everything was set up it was the last thing anyone would notice. The catering was decent though they did mess up on the midnight sandwich order which left a few people including me and my sister without bunwiches. (My sister loves that word, her husband not so much).

I was glad that I'd booked
