The Academy of Music in Brampton offers music lessons in: Piano, Guitar, Vocal, Drums, Bass and Pre-School. This studio has been offering music lessons for all ages since 1992. The Brampton studio is a proud member of the Ontario Music Teachers' Guild. Our studio offers much more than just music lessons.

As one of the largest organizations of independently owned and operated studios in Ontario, the Academy has been teaching musicians of all ages for over 30 years. While education is our business, we believe that music is a gift that lasts a lifetime. We make learning music a fun and educational experience by constantly seeking out new and effective motivational methods to incorporate into our programs.
Piano lessons can be one of the greatest gifts you give to your child. Here in the Brampton Academy, our step-by-step approach will have them playing simple melodies and learning rhythm at their first lesson. Our carefully graded program is designed to keep the student interested and motivated while maintaining consistant progress.
Guitar lessons have become one of the most popular classes in the Brampton studio. Our programs combine the stability of traditional music lessons with the fun of modern rock, jazz, and blues. Our guitar program is designed to teach students how to read music, understand chords, rhythm and theory while also allowing them the freedom to learn popular songs from the radio.
Whether your child is into rock, pop, classical or broadway, they will love coming to vocal lessons at the Academy. Vocal lessons are fitted to each individual student based on range, taste and ability. Our program provides a solid foundation in vocal training and theory, while helping to develop a long lasting love and appreciation for music.
The Brampton Academy offers a drum program that is second to none. Students begin to learn basic rhythms that increase in difficulty as they progress. The students will learn a variety of percussion styles starting with rock and eventually moving to jazz and other world styles. Lessons are flexible and allow students to learn songs that they choose.

I’m so glad I came here for piano lessons! The teachers are so friendly and warm. They take the time to help you work through every little problem you may have when learning either piano, vocal, guitar, drums, etc. I myself, have taken piano and vocals and I’m very happy with everything I’ve experienced at the Academy of Music. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and it is a great place to be! I’m so happy that I’ve chosen this place to enhanced my skills in music!!
