Peel Music Academy

Established in 1987, the Peel Music Academy was founded to give families in Peel Region the opportunity to study music under the guidance of our qualified and personable teachers. Our primary focus is to provide the gift of music to the community, while also providing quality instrument sales at affordable prices to allow the music to be brought home for the whole family to enjoy.

The Peel Music Academy offers professional and private individual lessons for a wide variety of musical instruments and styles, as well as theory, harmony and history classes. Whether you want to ascend through the RCM system or simply learn to play a new or favourite instrument, the Peel Music Academy has you covered!

The Peel Music Academy offers a wide range of tutoring opportunities for students who are interested in honing their skills in subjects such as English, French, math, and science, to name a few. We offer private tutoring sessions for students of all ages and abilities. Tutoring helps students who are struggling and have learning difficulties, to develop academic skills and self confidence.

The Peel Music Academy does not merely consist of teaching facilities, as we house an extensive library of instructional books, sheet music, accessories, and sell a variety of high quality brand name musical instruments. Once a year, the Peel Music Academy hosts a celebration of music that is eagerly anticipated by students and parents alike. All students are given a chance to perform and demonstrate their talents for an enthusiastic audience at either a local theatre or church hall. We prepare students for auditions held by music festivals such as the Peel Music Festival.
