By far the best physiotherapy I have received in my life and I have been a super active person with knee issues for a long time. Finally, someone who did a thorough review of my body mechanics and working away at getting better. Tyler is great. I am impressed. Friendly environment too. Thank you.

Exceptional staff, well qualified to increase your mobility through exercise and slowly increasing your routine to make health improvements to your body! Would not hesitate in recommending any of the staff to anyone with issues relating to physio therapy. If it can be fixed, they will do their best! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

This was the first time I had a face-to-face consultation about problems like serious arthritis and other spinal issues, as well as vertigo, since the beginning of the pandemic. Darryl Reid gave me confidence in improving my various conditions because he knew his fields of specialization and he applied them, listening to me carefully.
My second meeting with Darryl Reid was equally successful.

I was referred to Synergy by my family doctor to treat an ongoing issue of stenosis in my lower back and resulting very painful sciatica in my leg. I strongly believe in trying to manage one’s health and I had a number of objectives that Keith Fernandes my Physiotherapist at Synergy helped me achieve. These objectives included avoiding potential hip surgery, reduce the need for pain medication and generally put my lower body back into shape. I’m happy that the exercises and advice given by Keith have significantly contributed to this success.

My daughter started seeing Brittany Kafka at the Danforth clinic in August 2021. My daughter is a competitive swimmer and has had shoulder problems on and off for the past three years. Since starting at the clinic and a month into treatment, our daughter has been swimming pain-free. We see Brittany regularly, and after four months, her range of motion and pain has drastically improved. Thank you so much for the care and advice you have given her for the past four months. Onwards and upwards!!

Natasha is an excellent Physiotherapist that is highly skilled with a depth of knowledge and ability to communicate conditions and treatments in easy to understand language! She listened and asked relevant questions related to my injury, and created a plan to work towards helping me get back to a pre-existing condition and normal activities of life.
I highly recommend her.

Synergy Sports Medicine (235 Wallace Ave) is a great place for rehabilitation and physiotherapy. The staff are all accommodating, nice, and welcoming. I dislocated my knee in March 2021 and was recommended to go see Megan Couch for physiotherapy. Megan was thoughtful, patient, and caring. She made sure that I had a routine of exercises that were easy to follow and that helped me get my knee back to my pre-injury days. Megan was very knowledgeable but also made sure to explain everything she was doing and why she was doing it. There were a lot of sessions where I felt discouraged about getting better

Synergy Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation has been my go to physiotherapy clinic in Toronto for a number of ailments. Presently, I am seeing Jaspal for help to get my ankle strength back for running. He did a fantastic job during our initial assessment. Was extremely informative, asked all the right questions and provided a lot of confidence in his exercise plan to get me back to 100%. Looking forward to further sessions and highly recommend!

He took his time to assess me and provided exercises to manage my lower back pain. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and accommodating to reschedule my appointments when needed. Convenient location with great rehab!
