Our recent experience at Ancaster Jewellers (AJ) is what has lead to this rating and has little to do with the advertising that many other people have complained about.
The diamond in my wife's wedding… platinum ring of 30 years became loose and fell out. We managed to find the diamond. We brought it in for repair so it would be reset and not fall out again. This was done at AJ and within 12 days the diamond fell out and we could not find it this time.
When my wife went back to the store to ask about how and why this would happen, she was treated with disrespect by the owner. The rest of
