Here you will find an overview of the services offered in our clinic. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with us through an appointment or walk-in during the office hours. Live a healthy life - with our preventive medical checkups, we can help detect diseases and illnesses early on and treat it accordingly.
Patient must bring and present a valid health card every visit. The government will not cover medical services without a valid heath card. A fee for the medical visit for non-OHIP patients must be paid prior to seeing the doctor. Official receipts are provided. To serve you better patients must update their personal information including phone number and address.

I should be giving minus stars to this clinic and their staff. I never write reviews but Please please don’t go to this clinic and report their horrible service. Incompetent
from the receptionist to the Dr. Anahid.
I got nothing good to say about my experience at this clinic. Don’t be surprise that she is still taking new patients because no one comes back.
Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience I had that involved the doctor filling my forms terribly wrong, disrespectful, lack of empathy from doctor and receptionist. They had no idea. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC — REPORT THEIR

The nurse tried to make me do the same test twice (not covered by OHIP) I wonder what they bill the government.
I asked for non alcoholic disinfectant as I have an allergy. The nurse downplayed my concerns and tried to swab me with it anyway she begrudgingly went to look for betadine and returned claiming they had none. I left the office without getting my test done.

Their receptionist doesn't seem to answer any phone calls (I called over 10 times, at different times during the day and week), and their mail box is constantly full. With no other way of contacting them (there is no email provided on their website), how is someone able to make an appointment with their family doctor?

I went here for the first time today and was incredibly impressed with the staff. The receptionist was super kind and gave me an honest wait time and helped make sure I was as prepared as possible to make the shortest wait time possible. The doctor (didn't grab his name) was so accommodating to my anxiety when it comes to clinics, and super kind and quick. i'll definitely be back the next time I need to see a doctor.

After an hour wait, my son was seen by a nice and thorough female doctor there. It's a small place with around 12 chairs in the waiting room/hall but it's clean and it's a great location. The receptionist, even though with quite an attitude, called within a week to pass a message from the doctor after blood work was done at Jane/Bloor Health Centre.

Everything they said about the bad receptionist here is true! The one female doctor is horrible too. Don’t go here, or even bother calling! You could be on hold for half an hour, or being met with inconsistent answers each time. They were supposed to send referrals to specialist but forgot to send for a week until my husband followed up to check the status. They were supposed to call me back to discuss early pregnancy related tests result but no one bothers to call me. Run for your life, don’t leave your faith with these unprofessional people!

This walk-in clinic was supposed to close at 7pm so I made it there earlier (or so I thought) before 5pm. I asked how long the wait was as there's about 6 people sitting down and the receptionist said that they weren't taking any more patients as they're all full.
How can this be when there's 2 more hours to go and you don't take appointments any other way than walking in? I left super disappointed

I've only had good experiences here. I've gone on a few occasions for different reasons, and the wait has always been reasonable (I mean, IT IS a walk-in clinic... so waits should be expected). I even picked up a friend in another area of the city and brought her to this clinic when she hurt her ankle, knowing it'd be a shorter wait and friendlier service. I've also never had issue with the receptionist staff.. they've always been pretty quick and to the point, but not unfriendly.
