I have gone to Pacific Wellness several times and each time I have been very pleased. Sonam is a great acupuncturist, she is gentle and explains everything. I am not comfortable with needles but she makes me feel relaxed about it.

I always feel so tranquil from the moment I step in. Front reception is always friendly and hospitable. Massages are always so thorough and RMTs take the time to understand your problem areas. I've been worked on by Arlene and Joanna who both have been fantastic and highly recommended. Direct billing is a lifesaver and a half.

Friendly staff, competent RMTs and relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently located at Bloor and Bay. They accommodated a last minute appointment to treat my stiff neck. Will definitely go back!

This was my first time getting a massage done, I had a 40 minute massage. I felt a little nervous and was surprised when I found out that the RMT I had booked with was a man. However he was very professional and knowledgeable. We started discussing topics like philosophy and meditation while he massaged my back.
I gave 4/5 because while he was massaging my neck, a decent amount of the oil got onto my hair and it felt very uncomfortable afterwards.
They also provide some $10 off coupons for new customers which was nice.

Direct billing is amazing. People are friendly & massages are good.
- 1 star because my appointment was 15 after booking time & the website is hard to use for bookings. I sent in a request online and I never got an email follow up. Had to call for one after waiting a week.

I have been going here for years and have made had shiatsu, deep tissue massage, and acupuncture. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and helpful. The prices are fair, and the direct billing to insurance makes everything very easy.

Rehabilitative or restorative massage and acupuncture treatments available including deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, and more, by a team of specialists and professional massage therapists. Insurance accepted. Wonderfully calming atmosphere and accommodating staff. A session here is like taking a holiday when you're pressed for time. Strongly recommend adding PWI to your overall health and wellness routine.

Gud place to get ur muscles losen up...they always ask ur problem area before massage and try to resolve that....Only one time when the booking was already done I had to come back without getting a massage as there was no therapist available which was not good. But overall a great place to get a massage.

My Father has been suffering from tingling/burning feet for a decade. He does not sleep well, as the constant pain and irritation of the tingling and burning prevents it.
In the past, doctors have only been able to prescribe him medication, which makes him too drowsy to drive. The meds stopped working altogether after 2 months. I take him for a pedicure every 2 weeks, which makes very little difference, but it's better than nothing.
Finally, we tried a 1 hour Reflexology massage at Pacific Wellness Center with the RMT, Rahel Kay. My father slept ELEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT that night. My Father has
