The closest TTC station to our clinic is St. Clair Station. Upon exiting to street level, look for the Deer Park branch of the Toronto Public Library - we are 2 buildings east of this, across from the Sobey's and the Canada Post. The medical clinic is located on the second floor above the florist shop, north side of the street.

While most medical services are covered by OHIP, some are not. The following is a list of the uninsured services that we provide that are not covered by the Ministry of Health. This practice has great doctors, but is absolutely horrid to try and book appointments with / coordinate for. Often times, the phone won't be answered, and if it is, you can be assured that the person will be rude, and insulting if you don't want to spit out sensitive personal information over the phone. That's after you sit through several minutes of holding, or a handset which has been set down.
Their online booking system is completely useless, as it is only available during their business hours. And, much like their phones, closes early.
Perhaps the best part of this all was

Great doctors, crappy booking system. Their booking system requires that the patient has a deep understanding of their policy and procedure, certainly a pain in the butt for busy people. They have an online portion for, I guess, long term bookings and you need to call for day of appointments. The system is only available when they are open, so if you are busy or forgot to make an appointment before 11am, then you are SOL. But the doctors are great, you just have to figure out how to see one. Good luck!

My two children (age 1 and 5) see Dr. Chuen and she's wonderful. Thorough, compassionate, and deals well with kids.
The clinic lets me book meetings online and reserves slots for urgent same-day visits. The administration has been helpful in rearranging appointments, dealing with complicated paperwork for referrals, and are welcoming when we show up at the office.
We've been very happy with this clinic.

Dr. Luan Chuen who is a young practitioner at this medical center, clearly needs some years before she understands that the profession she chose was one which usually goes hand in hand with a good bedside manner and COMPASSION. In my fifty years, I have never been treated so badly by an attending doctor. On two occasions she lectured me when I saw her about health issues which I found alarming. Her lectures were to do with defending a hopeless appointment booking system and a completely unresponsive front desk staff .
