Martin is a very rude and unprofessional was swearing on the phone when I asked to change vehicle. He refused to help me half way threw his day telling me he dosent have time and said he wouldn't help me. Absolutely pathetic old man. I would second guess going with these clowns

Less than helpful when its time to leave. Sent cancellation email, but "they never received it". Absolutely no help when it comes to getting a cancellation processed. Told me to call Intact cause he was "too busy to do me any favours". So much for that "family feel", give this place a miss if you know whats good for you.

They treat you like family. I've been with them since they opened. Always friendly, and have plenty of helpful advice. I run a small business and use them for all my coverage, including personal as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance coverage.
