A Balanced Approach Yoga Training Programs

After you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with class details, a Zoom link for your participation and how to prepare yourself. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. My classes are for everyone to meet, motivate each other, ease into alignment and embody optimal health.

Participate in classes which support healing the body, refreshing the senses and centring the mind. I have been teaching mindfulness based practices since 1995.

Since 2002, Allison Ulan's program has certified over 200 teachers through this intensive program accredited though The Yoga Alliance of North America. Our graduates have become experts in vinyasa krama yoga, restorative yoga, body alignment specialists and mindful movement instructors.

Hi Friends, Here is another Kitchadi (basmati rice and dal stew) to help your body in the Spring transition. If you have a hard time with spring allergies and congestion, add more water an ginger. As I had detailed in Metta Blog 15, Spring is the hardest season on our bodies because of the transition from a heating system during winter to a cooling system in Spring.

I would recommend this program to anyone wanting a serious yoga education. A Balanced Approach is an extremely comprehensive program and Allison Ulan is a truly wonderful teacher. Her teaching style is accessible and full of lightness, and her teachings are full of knowledge, substance and wisdom. Allison knows yoga and her years of experience show. Alison brings a wealth of information (professional accurate) to each teaching session.she genuinely empowers her students, as she teaches. Thank you for every class. The care and expertise shown is so very very appreciated. I leave every class with a deeper understanding of my own practice and of my journey as a new yoga teacher. Cues are direct and personal, and it is clear that each student is seen for who they are and what their bodies are capable of.
