Hi Friends, Here is another Kitchadi (basmati rice and dal stew) to help your body in the Spring transition. If you have a hard time with spring allergies and congestion, add more water an ginger. As I had detailed in Metta Blog 15, Spring is the hardest season on our bodies because of the transition from a heating system during winter to a cooling system in Spring.

I would recommend this program to anyone wanting a serious yoga education. A Balanced Approach is an extremely comprehensive program and Allison Ulan is a truly wonderful teacher. Her teaching style is accessible and full of lightness, and her teachings are full of knowledge, substance and wisdom. Allison knows yoga and her years of experience show. I am so grateful to have this training as a foundation in my teaching, my practice, and my life. Thank you A Balanced Approach Training and thank you Allison.

Alison brings a wealth of information (professional accurate) to each teaching session.she genuinely empowers her students, as she teaches. Her understanding of the body on a medical conventional level and also metaphysical level ( ancient philosophies ) accents and contributes greatly to the motivation she transfers to students and future… teachers.. Thank you for every class. The care and expertise shown is so very very appreciated. I leave every class with a deeper understanding of my own practice and of my journey as a new yoga teacher. Cues are direct and personal, and it is clear that each student is seen for who they are and what their bodies are capable of. Because of that care, I feel… comfortable and safe exploring with curiosity, rather than fear, what my body and mind can do.
I bring what I learn from you into my own classes, and I see a difference in my own students.
Thank you for your constant support and guidance.
