Six Month Smiles are an excellent option for adults looking to have their teeth aligned quickly. Dr. Umer Shah grew up in Mississauga with his parents and four siblings. He then moved to London, ON where he completed his undergraduate studies from University of Western Ontario graduating with a degree in Honors Specialization in Health Science with Distinction.

From preventative care to advanced dentistry, we're here to ensure your dental health is taken care of. Through regular re-care appointments and other procedures, we offer treatment options that will give you plenty of reasons to show-off our work. Preventative Dentistry is the prevention of oral pain, disease and destruction as it relates to the gums, the supporting bone, and tooth structure.
We want every visit with us to provide you with the information you need to feel comfortable, and as a part of that goal, we offer a number of sources of information here for you to learn more. Wade Abbott Dentistry & Associates is always looking for new patients. We love helping people with their oral health and hygiene and we want to extend our services to as many people as possible.
Every resident of Newfoundland and Labrador should have a valid MCP number. In order for your dental services to be covered you will need to make sure that your MCP is valid with an expiry date. New residents to NL are subject to a 3 month waiting period after the new MCP cards are issued. Adults and children under the Income Support Program are automatically covered for any dental services.

My partner, children and I all go to Wade Abbott Dentistry and we love how friendly and consistent they are there. Dr. Shah is wonderful with young children. As well, both of my sons were born with tongue ties, and they were fixed right away by Dr. Smith. Would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Wade Abbott Dentistry not only got us in right away but they made my daughter’s first dental work experience a very positive one and Dr. Smith and his staff were amazing and so caring towards our little girl! I've been to other Dental clinics and this is the best I've been. Not sure if it's because it's my 1st appointment, but the service are very thorough. My teeth felt brand new and everything was explained to me well. They spent time to get the job well done. Very pleasant staff members. I will surely reccomend this Dental Clinic.

Dr. Abbotts office is efficient. He respects people's time and is 'service' minded. It runs like a well oiled machine. We show up 5 minutes before our appointment. We are in with the dentist exactly on time and we are done and out quickly. He is very good with my little toddler. Dr. Abbott is a hard working man who has created a fantastic dental office that is the gold standard in the industry.

My little girl (5) had her teeth cleaned this morning and she was very nervous!! The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing!! She made her feel so comfortable and she was so patient!
Staff are very friendly and the building was spotless!!
It doesn’t “look” kid friendly in the waiting room due to covid and not being able to have books/toys, but that’s totally understandable!! They are very kid friendly!!

The absolute best experience I have had at the dentist by far with my kids. Every member of the staff were so polite and welcoming and Dr. Smith was amazing, he made my daughter feel so comfortable. She was so scared before we got to our appointment today and him and his assistant made her so calm. Thank you so much for making this experience so easy on her.
