I have been a very satisfied client of this company for many years now.
My insurance needs have always been expertly managed with all my options patiently explained by either Roxanne and/or Janice.
However, a recent auto insurance issue that I had was quickly addressed and resolved due to the fine efforts of Frances. This wonderful lady proved to me that at JW Davis, exemplary service would be the norm and not the exception.

I left a abusive relationship of 33 years. My name is on the policy Jw Davis Insurance won't take my name off the policy. So if something happens to vehicles. I'm liable. More abuse coming my way. How's that fair. I have Cancer and having radiation right now. I want the rest of my happy and full of joy and peace. Thanks JW DAVIS INSURANCE. I left a year today from my abuser and I have to prove where I'm living that's a safety risk.

They put me with a shady insurance company when I put my first claim ever in my life. The insurance basically stole my car and forced me to take a settlement that was far lower than what my car is worth. Then when I canceled the insurance they put me on AutoPlus as they canceled me which made it very hard to get insurance afterwards these guys. When I contacted them they acted like they did t know anything. I’ve been bullied and pushed around by these guys. And to top it off I was paying almost 300 a month liability for a car I bought for 500
