Services
Our beautiful and well-maintained cottages are conveniently available for rent from May to October, either weekly or nightly. Cottage 5 is only available for full season rentals. 2 bedrooms (a single-over-double bunk bed in one and a double bed in the other). This beachfront/waterfront cottage has a screened-in porch and deck and is close to the comfort station and playground.

Contrary to Leslie’s review, this place is a very Quiet little gem, less than 40 units which are mostly Cottagers not Trailers, and when you purchase a “unit” you are given full disclosure upon what you agree to, this is not a trailer park, its exactly what the owners named it. “Estate park” when you sell your unit there is a fee but a lot of the time your unit has gone up in value, and if it has not then your time spend in this fabulous Estate Park was worth every penny spent. You do not purchase a unit trying to make money, your purchase a unit to enjoy life and water and sunsets, and

This is now called Ashton Park Estates, and the new name is fitting - the lot sizes are estate-like compared to the other 3 parks where we have had mobile homes. The "estates" are a peaceful, friendly place to spend your vacation, or your whole summer. Nicely treed, and beautifully manicured, it seems that everyone is proud of their site - no messy spots like we have seen in the other parks. The park committee is active, organizing events throughout the summer, and everyone we have met to date is very friendly. I haven't seen a better park in all of Ontario.
