I have been with them for a few years now. The last thing I learnt was that they had insured the wrong car (a car unknown to me) under my policy, the car that I drive was not insured, but I was paying the monthly premium. So I decided to switch, I have been trying to obtain a letter of experience to change, and despite my several requests in writing, they haven't sent it to me. Robert Famele may just very well be the best associate in insurance in the city. He was available to me in an emergency and has always taken care of my insurance needs with extremely high knowledge. As my partner and I were deciding between different property insurance for our mortgage, I let the insurance broker named Ted (Tu) Nguyen that we were not ready to move forward with the insurance plan. Yet he proceeded to sign us up for it, without even confirming whether we needed to cancel the application or not. We found out that we ended up getting charged. When confronted, Ted denied all responsibility and said it's standard procedure. Where's the fiduciary duty as an insurance agent here?
