I highly recommend using Classic Home Inspections! Brent did such an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he went through the inspection process. I would absolutely recommend Classic Home Inspections - Brent was so friendly and approachable, willing to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He was very thorough and honest about how things were and always willing to give recommendations and tips, even for things that were non-essential but may be beneficial to know for if we make changes in the future. His final report was really comprehensive and I fully trust that no stones were left unturned in his considerations. Absolutely wonderful to work with.

We hired Brent 6 years ago due to his high ratings on homestars. He inspected the house we are currently living in, let me tell you, he is the best!! He found the basement cracks and got the seller to fix it for us, and everything he said came true in the 6 years. We are amazed by his accuracy. So a few days ago when our offer got accepted for our rental property, we called Brent again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. My parents and I hired Brent for a home inspection based on his highly rated google reviews. According to others (I'm guessing family/friends) he is "well knowledgeable" and "thorough" in which I extremely disagree. The path to home ownership is a challenging and stressful experience which all reading this would know and you hire a home inspector to make sure that nothing is seriously wrong with the house you are INTERESTED in buying. In my line of work, I have worked with many home inspectors, but I consistently and exclusively refer Classic Home Inspections. Brent is thorough and knowledgeable but also not an alarmist. He understands that all homes will have issues small or large, but he is very realistic in what it takes to repair those issues. I put all my trust in home inspections done by Classic Home Inspections.

I would recommend Brent for any home inspection. Very thorough in his work and not afraid to tell you as it is. Also, very educational as you can ask any question about the home inspection as you walk every inch of your home and Brent will answer with his knowledge and experience. Had Classic Home do a couple of house inspections for us and were very pleased with Brent. He was very adaptable to our schedule, especially when we needed to get someone in on short notice. The inspection was very thorough, providing us with a take-home record of all his findings and walking us through our questions. I can't imagine having a better experience. Brent was careful, patient, and thorough. He was happy to share his knowledge with me and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I understood how the house works and what maintenance was needed and when. I received a full, detailed report on the inspection and a set of photos showing all the findings. I was able to make a confident house purchase.
