Judy has over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation and pedorthics. She has been an instructor and practicum supervisor for the Diploma in Pedorthics program at Western University. A running enthusiast, she developed a special interest in the biomechanics of gait. Jon completed his internships at Pedorthics London, graduated the Diploma program with distinction, and became a Canadian Certified Pedorthist in 2013.
He specializes in footwear modification and in his spare time enjoys the sport of CrossFit. Natalie has maintained high standards of customer service for many years and as our office administrator since 2014.

Services
Your Certified Pedorthist will determine your foot type through a biomechanical and structural assessment. This will allow them to provide you with suggestions and recommend styles to suit your specific foot type and condition. Sometimes a change in footwear is all that is required to decrease pain and symptoms.
Pedorthists are trained to treat conditions that commonly relate to over-use, sports injuries, structural deformities and systemic diseases. Take a look at our Common Foot Conditions page for more information on conditions we treat. A prescription or referral is not required to complete an assessment.

I have been going to Judy's clinic for a number of years. Judy and her staff (shout out to the always helpful Natalie) have always been professional, pleasant and efficient. They provide all the necessary documentation to meet insurers requirement and also if you desire, electronic appointment reminders. Post initial purchase service has always been important to me and in this regard Pedorthics London go well above and beyond, never hesitating to make adjustments (if required) to the orthotics post initial purchase.
