My entire experience with the Ottawa Vein Clinic was very pleasant. At first, I was a little bit scared since I didn’t know what the treatments would look like, but Dr. Bosiljcic Stojanovic took the time to explain the process to me and was available to answer any questions (and trust me, there were a lot of them haha). I went for a PRP hair treatment, the consultation went smoothly Dr. Stojanovic was very nice and friendly and i ended up getting the 4 session package.
On my second session Dr. Stojanovic was unable to draw my blood as she was unable to locate my vein and i was asked to go to a lab downstairs (which was really busy) with the blood tube and pay the extra $50 the lab charges and carry my blood sample back to the clinic for the doctor to preform the treatment which was really frustrating therefore i ended up refusing to do so.

A polite customer’s encounter should be welcomed with kindness, warmth and respect especially when thousands of dollars has been invested including exorbitant parking fees. The air breathes superiority and condescension. Interpersonal skills and maturity are lacking at this office. “If you upset the nest the bees will sting;” and this behaviour is extremely unprofessional. This comes from the top.

I went to see Dr Svetlana for varicose veins consultation and treatments. She conducted a thorough examination and suggested injection treatments which she performed personally. She was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable during my exam and treatments. She explained to me the importance of wearing compression stockings and took all the measurements and helped me choose the best fit. Her office staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr Svetlana.

The service and treatment I received was phenomenal. I went in for a varicose vein consultation and Dr. Stojanovic took her time to thoroughly explain everything that I needed to know. Other clinics I've gone to for this treatment in the past have felt really impersonal and the doctor would always talk down to me, but here I felt very comfortable. You can tell she wants her patients to feel welcome. I've started going for vein treatment and have no complaints.
I'd also like to really compliment the receptionist who was very friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.

I went in for one issue, an itchy, discoloured spot on my leg. The doctor vaguely looked at it, ignored it, and went on to focus on my varicose veins which I already knew I had and didn't bother me that much. She did a fitting and got me to find out what my husband's insurance would cover and sold me a bunch of pairs of tight. I nearly threw up when the total came to around $1300!!! I was uncomfortable asking the price as I looked through these fancy brochures, I had no idea they would be so expensive. Also, the tights were too small and rather than letting me exchange them, she had me come back
