I have now had the pleasure of being under Dr. Hetz’s care for 3 different concerns/treatments. The new location on Wellington St. is gorgeous and I love that there is client parking.
For my mole assessments and removal, I was able to get in much more quickly than waiting for a dermatologist referral, easing my worries and concerns without months of waiting. The actual procedure was a breeze and Dr. Hetz abs his staff were wonderful, following up post removal to see how I was doing.

I recently had Botox done in my forehead by Dr. Hetz. I went in for a consultation as my last experience at a different clinic in the city was not the greatest. Dr. Hetz took the time to ask me about what I liked and didn’t like from when I had it done previously. I instantly knew that he was very skilled and knowledgeable and he made me feel… very comfortable. I decided to go through with the treatment that day. Two weeks later, it is fully kicked in and I am so happy with the results. I didn’t know if I wanted to attempt botox again after my first experience and I am so happy

Dr Hetz and his staff at Concept Medical are the best! I had my first under-eye Juvaderm filler treatment a year ago and the results were amazing. I have had sunken-in dark circles for most of my adult life and the filler made me look like I had slept for 10 years. I can’t say enough good things about Concept Medical, the staff is attentive and welcoming, and the facility is clean and beautiful. The Doctors make you feel very comfortable and give you their full attention. The products they have are excellent quality and I couldn’t be happier with the products I have gotten through them. This office makes you feels like your meeting a friend for coffee with all the perks of an upscale, doctor office. Parking is also accessible and easy.
