Located in the Tillicum Centre we are on the main floor, adjacent to London Drugs, accessible by wheelchair, mobility scooter, or a short walk from the entrance. Parking is never a problem, with thousands of parking spots at Tillicum Centre - and the best part - they're always FREE! Rinse your mouth with warm water and apply a cold compress to your face.

For a knocked out tooth, gently insert the lost tooth back in its socket if possible, holding the tooth by the crown using a clean washcloth.

Since 1983 our team at Cresta Dental has provided patients with the best in dental care. Our experienced, highly skilled dentists are trained & equipped to provide a complete range of treatments. Our dentists and hygienists are certified and in good standing with the Canadian Dental Association, BC College of Dental Surgeons, BC Dental Association, Victoria District Dental Society, and College of Dental Hygienists of BC.
Our team of experienced hygienists remove debris and stain from your teeth, including plaque, calculus, and extrinsic stains. Fillings are needed when a tooth has been diagnosed with caries (cavities). Decay is removed and a white resin material in placed, shaped, and countoured to the existing tooth.
We love seeing our Victoria patients smile after getting their teeth whitened from us. There is a whole new confidence that comes with better, whiter teeth. Teeth discolouration is a common, natural, problem as people age. Teeth enamel becomes weaker as it is exposed to acidic food and drinks such as processed food, red wine, and soda, causing erosion and stains.
We are open 7 days a week, 8 am to 9 pm Monday through Friday, and 9 am to 5 pm Saturday & Sunday. We are located at the Tillicum Centre - the closest intersection is Tillcicum Road & Burnside Road West. Yes, we are an assignment office which means that the office will submit most insurance claims electronically to the insurance company and payment for dental services is sent directly to Cresta Dental.

I give this place a low review because I was a client there for a ling time. I booked my appointments a year out and within 1-2 weeks of EVERY appoitment I received an email telling me the appointment was cancelled and to rebook. I don't believe covid has anything to do with it as I moved my services to Eagle Creek Dental who has not cancelled any appointments.

Terrible experience with their dental insurance claims. The clinic claimed my insurance 4 times for the same appointment, and made mistake on the type of x-ray used for my dental check-up. They kept pestering me to pay them the remaining charges not paid by my insurance company. Also, they insist they did not make any mistakes when submitting the claim to my insurance company. Did not even apologize even after finally realizing they made mistakes after a few months of emailing back and forth.

My whole family uses this dentist office, and we have had great experiences. Kids are generally afraid of a trip to the dentist, but that is not what we have experienced here, the whole staff is able to put the kids minds at ease and the dentists are able to walk us through exactly what they are doing.
I would highly recommend Cresta for anyone, the hours are also great, with the ability to make appointments on weekends and in evenings, no more taking time off work or pull the kids out of school to make it to the dentist!

I've left Cresta Dental not because of my dentist (Robert who was wonderful) but because of their billing staff. By their own admission they errored but refused to refund my money for three weeks. This was the second time they errored and refused to set it straight. My next $800.00 procedure and cleaning was cancelled.
