At Yoga in the Workplace, we offer group yoga classes and one-on-one lessons right in your office space. It is so easy for team members and employees, even the management team, to get healthy right at the office! No travel time, no late returns to work. It is the ideal way to create a healthy environment and healthy people within your organization.

In this workshop, you will learn healthy tips and yoga techniques to help you find quietude when preparing for sleep or when trying to fall back to sleep if you have awaken in the night.
To book a Yoga Session or Yoga Workshop in your workplace, start by calling us: 902-404-5522. Note: Yoga in the Workplace can be booked by a group of individuals as well as the company, provided you have a space for us to practice Yoga. For first time students, we recommend an 8-12 week session. In order to see the benefits of your yoga practice you will need regular lessons each.
What do I wear? Comfortable clothing, like jogging pants, a T-shirt or Dear Lil' Devas Yoga Wear, will help you move and bend with freedom in your yoga lesson. Do I need a yoga mat? Yoga in the Workplace can provide mats for first time students, but we suggest that you bring your own magic carpet- you'll want to invest in your personal space.
