Back in 2014 my wife and I travelled to Lindsay Ontario and met with Ken and Ute. They were amazing hosts and really showed us the operation of their factory and the care taken in providing feedback and options to a design we wanted. Sadly, we have since delayed our final purchase but we are looking forward to touching base with them and looking at more options and design ideas for our final build in Nova Scotia.

The team at Colonial Concepts Log Homes was 110% throughout.
I thoroughly checked out the competition and found that the Colonial joinery system, door & window sub-jambs and roof systems were far above others in quality and design. If you are seriously looking to build a log home...I strongly suggest you stop in and talk with Ken.

We have been living in our Colonial Concepts log home since May 1st of this year. I first noticed the Colonial sign and model home in Innisfil probably 7 years ago. For a few years I always looked for it as I drove by on the highway, finally finding the service road, visiting with the agent, and asking some questions. We had no plan to build,… just thought that if it was ever an option, that is the company I'd be calling. I never would have thought that in just a few years, after obtaining the perfect lot, for us and a log hime, we would be contacting Ken and proceeding with building plans

We have just finished a great experience with Colonial Concepts. Ken and Shawn (owner and manager) were wonderful, patient and thorough. They held our hand throughout every step; design, contractor selection, additional work required such as demolition of the existing structure and the building of the foundation. The construction of the shell… was overseen by Ken with all stages discussed and cleared with us before proceeding.
