Relaxing escapist paradise! Went with 2 other families and an army of kids for the weekend. Through BBQs (every cottage has a gas BBQ attached to it), sunbathing, beach dipping, camp fires, kayaking and canoeing without a care in the world, we were able to beat the lockdown blues, black and blue! Big shout out to the management and staff for a very well maintained, clean and friendly setup. Do be aware that sleep is a sweaty affair here, but not so much that it takes away from anything. Pro tip: sunscreen and caps are valuable so u can stay out in blaring sunlight for long and also pack a bunch

My family has a seasonal lot in the park and we have been coming to Sandy Beach for decades. This place will always feel like home and not a year goes by where I'm not counting down the days until I can come back! A quiet park with friendly staff and campers/cottagers, a beautiful lake and beach, and great waters to boat on. I could go on and on. We look forward to more decades to come!
