Insured with them for 3 years no issues. I was thinking of selling my motorbike and cancelled a new policy. I apparently owed $26 due to the cancellation and was never advised. I went back to them to obtain a new policy and the declined because of the $26.( I was travelling for work and I advised them of this also so communication was sporadic) I advised if I would have been informed I would have paid the low amount - they refused to quote me for a new policy - never have I experienced anything like this for $26!! I work in the industry so know what is good from bad - these are bad with no customer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They work for the insurance company, not the client and are INCREDIBLY unprofessional. They will go out of their way to squeeze you for anything they can. I received much better coverage for almost a thousand dollars less per year for home insurance with the SAME insurance company but by using a different broker. Dealing with Lanes for car insurance is a nightmare waiting to happen. Someone by the name of Marla sent out our personal information to other clients who we have no connection to. I was then penalized for not filling out forms that were never sent to me. No effort

I recommend Lane’s to all my friends! Best rates around and they've always been so helpful and wonderful whenever you had to file a claim. They get back right away and I always feel like the agents are friendly and caring. They're on top of everything for me and even helped me lower my rates. Who does that at an insurance company?! Being with them makes me want to be a good driver so I can hold on to them.

Recently moved to Calgary and had to switch my auto insurance, and setup a new tenant insurance policy. I called around to several brokers, used a few online brokers and received varied levels of service and quotes.
I called Lanes expecting to get an agent, but actually spoke with the President (Chad) from first point of contact to the day I received my insurance cards. Incredibly good initial impression. Since I have been with Lanes Insurance almost 2 years now I have never had better rates and such good help. I currently insure two houses, two personal vehicles, a dump truck, a motorcycle, a work van and my 2012 Dodge 3500. I also insure my company with full liability. I could not believe that one broker could accommodate all of my insurance needs with such low prices! All of these for well under $900.00 a month!! Thanks again Chad look forward to continuing doing business in the future. Great company , great prices no need to shop elsewhere.

I went to Lane's for tenants insurance when I first moved to the city - it was quick, easy and well priced. Then, when my vehicle insurance was near expiration I went back to Chad; this time I was beyond impressed! Lane's saved me over $700 dollars!! I now have tenants, vehicle and dirt bike insurance with Lanes - and they are my go to for any other needs I have including travel insurance. They're friendly, efficient and they will do whatever they can to save you money - I would suggest Lanes to anyone who is in need of an amazing insurance broker that will do whatever it takes to find the best

I have been dealing with Cindy at Lanes Insurance for almost 4 years now. She has only been my personal Broker for about 9 months, but after watching her interact over the phone, quickly and professionally for 4 years, I decided I would go to her as well. She saved me HUGE money on my personal insurance for home and auto. I am a Sales person for a local dealership, and have had many, many of my customers sent to Cindy.
