Absolutely disgusting. Used to be my favorite lunch spot for wor wonton soup. Got it the other night and was repulsive. The soup, all the veggies were mushy, wontons were gross, and they added old fake crab meat to the soup which I have never seen before, giving it a very gross fishy smell. But that's not even the worst part. Ordered spring rolls and it looked like the took whatever is left over on the fryers and rolled it. The "dipping sauce" I'm praying was just vinegar, but kind of smelled and looked like pee.... Won't be back there again. Such a shame this place used to be amazing.

Tried calling for over 30 mins. Came down in person and was told rudely that they are too busy to even take an order and that service would take over an hour respond. Will take my business elsewhere.
The signs posted in the windows even ask to call ahead. So keep in mind if you want to order. Except not to get a call back till past your supper time. Or call and leave a voicemail in hope they return the callback in a timely manner.

The Wigwam has been in Ladysmith for years. From what I saw it's a very popular place for take out and the buffet.
Our salad rolls were quite nice with crab and shrimp. I liked the soup spoon provided ensuring that all the tasty sauce wasn't wasted. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal was very average Canadian Chinese food.

I had supper here with my baby. She made a mess so I offered to clean it up. The server told me not to worry about it so I didn't. When it came time to pay, the owner told me I was going to have to pay for my child because she made a mess. I said I would pay but she then responded with 'no, next time'. So I payed, left a 25% tip, and left. I was in shock! I called back later that evening to let her know that I did offer to clean up the mess. Her response: "Feed your baby next time instead of letting her make a mess". I said I would not be returning and she hung up

I had chow mein and sweet and sour pork, and it was the worst excuse for Chinese food I've ever had. Chow mein was just bland noodles with deli style chicken sliced into thin ribbons put on the top. I found part of a bean sprout and a small piece of cabbage in it, but that was IT for vegetables! Six tiny pieces of pork with way too much sauce (which wasn't very good; maybe canned?) and nothing else was their S&S pork. No onions, peppers, pineapple... nothing! My boyfriend had the chow mein as well, with fried rice and fried chicken. The rice wasn't as bad, because it did have lots of veggies and
