My two pugs have been under the care of Dr Amand for the last 12 years. She is on top of things with them and doesn’t make any unnecessary suggestions and prescriptions. She not pushy in any way and my pups love her and her staff and clinic. They are all very patient and animal loving. I had to put one of my pugs to rest this
last April 2021…. The toughest time in mine and my family’s life! Dr Amand was so patient and heartfelt caring throughout the entire process not rushing us with decisions and the process of letting go that sad and overwhelming day.
She follows up on the care of my

As with veterinary clinics, they are not inexpensive, however they are one of the better priced ones and the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought our dog in late on Saturday evening after he had sliced his side open on something sharp in a bush and she opened the clinic to see and take him in. All turned out well in the end, greatly appreciated her care with our dog!

First off, everyone at this vet hospital, from reception to Vet assistant, to Dr Amandeep Preet, so friendly and welcoming and calming. Very professional. All diagnostics and treatment seem reasonable for our kitty's symptoms. Covid protocols adhered to. And I love to support my hometown businesses. Also excellent for any RX pet foods you may need. If not in stock, normally only one day wait. Pitt Meadows pet owners...we don't have to go anywhere else.

Brought my cat here and it was ok. The lady did some bloodwork with my cat but my poor little kitty was terrified (Not their fault!). They were reasonably nice but they nickel and dime for every little thing. It was expensive and the results were inconclusive. I will do more research next time so I am armed with the right info before I go to any vet clinic.

Took my two cats in for a nail trim found staff to be very nice and caring and professional. My one cat is a real terror and the staff allowed me to go in with her to help keep her calm instead of having to sedate her as other vets had wanted me to do. They are also very affordable 👌 All in all a great experience will definitely repeat and recommend to others.

I came in to get my dogs toenails clipped. This is not my current vet although I used to frequent this vet with my dog. Each time she pushes blood work on my dog. no other vet has done this. when she did the blood work my small 4lb dog at 2 years old was bruised from this. I would never take my dog there for any treatments again. Now 8 years old she used the same line when getting her nails clipped 'shes at the age she needs blood work" shes healthy, she is vaccinated, she needs nothing you're a scammer.

We had to have our cat put down unexpectedly. I called the clinic as they're down the road from us, and they said to come in. The only other time I had a pet euthanized, we were taken into a private room that was very comfortable, it wasn't an exam room at all, but more of a "comfort" room. Mats on the floor, blankets, gentle lighting, etc. At this clinic, the cat was put on the exam table, and was given an injection that I wasn't sure if it was a sedative or the actual drugs to put him to sleep. She barely told me it was happening, and he was gone. She asked if I wanted his paw prints last minute

We recently adopted a kitten from the SPCA and we brought him in for a free exam. My husband was told that he needed a rabies shot despite being an indoor cat. After researching this, we found out that it was completely unnecessary. When we raised our concerns with this animal hospital, we were ignored. My husband trusted their opinion but now we feel they just wanted our money.

I wont sugar-coat it.. don't take your beloved pet here if you want a positive experience. This vet has absolutely no interpersonal skills with humans, let alone with dogs.
She will spend 10 min with your dog and charge you hundreds of dollars at the counter. Every time I have gone there, the price for examination has differed from the previous visit. She prescribes medication, however, won't tell you what to do with it. It's like you have to force it out of her to indicate what the medicine is for and how to use it.
My dog is not easy to handle, as she gets very nervous at the vet, however,
