If I could, I would give even 0 stars. Not happy at all. My husband took our puppy (16 weeks old) to get the 3rd core vaccination. For some reason the "doctor" also injected the puppy with Rabies vaccine, which she, as a veterinarian, must know should be given at least 30 days away from other vaccines. She did not allow my husband to be present at the time of the vaccination - left him to wait in the other room, so now we don't know at all what she did to the dog. I hope that he will not have issues, as I will be returning there to seek liability from her. Hopefully the dog will be OK, as otherwise

We have recently moved to Hamilton from Maple Ridge. One of the difficult parts of our move was leaving behind the staff at Country Meadows Pet Hospital. Dr. Catarig is so kind and caring to our pups Maisie and Rocket and always takes the time to explain the process and situation at hand. Our Maisie was terribly sick recently and Dr. Catarig was exceptional at getting to the root of the matter and even updated us later in the evening. As well, Dr. Catarig has a great bedside manner with the pups, in particular ones who show fear like our Rocket. Our experience here was only made better by the amazing

Customer - "Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Is there a cost to have an estimate done on his teeth?"
Country Meadows - "There is no cost to have an estimate done. We will be able to give you an accurate dental estimate at the time of your pups Dental exam."
Imagine my surprise when they tried to charge a $75 exam fee for the free estimate!!!! When I disputed this nicely I was replied to with attitude and was told it was a miscommunication! Too bad their dental rates were very reasonable and I would have used them.

My little Calvin just had an appointment with Dr. Futcher and I am so ecstatic and happy to say she is awesome. I was so nervous and couldn’t sleep at all last night. When we arrived, Danielle made us feel so welcomed and reassured me Calvin would be fine. Once Calvin was examined Dr Futcher called and provided me with very thorough details and recommendations to set my mind at ease. Calvin had 3 separate issues, plus he was due for all his shots so I was very surprised to see how low my invoice was. I expected to pay a lot more. The doctor and all the stuff are amazing I can't say enough about this place I'm Benny's dad and this kitten went in for the first time for his vaccine, and he never even cry he was actually purring. When he got fix the whole experience was great , the stuff was taking turns to hold my baby who just got his procedure, and I got a call a few days after for a follow up. I always get his food that dr. Recomend from them too.

My family's gone to this vet for many years, and we've never had a complaint. The vet and her staff are prompt and knowledgeable. They always found solutions for our dog's problems and allowed our family to spend more and more wonderful years with our four legged comrade. She provided extensive advice throughout the years on a wide number of areas applicable to dogs. Even towards the end of our dog's life, the vet worked to stabilize her and to help her back home. At the very end when we had to make the difficult decision of letting go of our dog, she maintained the same amount of professionalism
