Very disappointed. Eye exams are now 160$. And they claim to tell you the price has changed when you book your appointment. Because they automatically apply a new scan to your eye, that is only a "few years old" that you don't even ask for! Every time I have gone I have only paid 10$. They "mark off" if your file that they tell you the price has gone up. I am a generally healthy person, and I do not need this exam that has costed me more then what I've asked for. Most eye places I have called around to said 85$ to 90$... which would have been my 10$ every other year !!! If you DONT need this scan

Dr Merritt is a most excellent English gentleman and I highly recommend him to you for all your eye care needs. He is also very proficient at mathematics.

Going to the eye doctors...any place really...during COVID is a bit of a worry, but Dr Neil Merritt & his whole staff did a wonderful job of making me feel safe for the entire appointment.
The only allow 1 patient in the office per hour and encourage hand sanitizing.
They ask all the health questions, take your temperature, masks (of course) and they practice distancing as much as possible.

I always look forward to my eye appointments with Dr. Merritt. He is a compassionate, caring and a gentle doctor/person. His eye examinations are thorough and explains to you his next action and reason behind a specific text he is conducting. The staff are always polite and welcoming.

Very thorough with my eye care, Dr.Merritt talks you through the full exam, answeres any questions you may have. The girls at desk very professional. Although, I did find their price for new glasses a bit high, but you have lots to choose from. Great optometrist!
