I’ve been using Bow Valley since 2016 for my motorcycle insurance. Recently my home and auto insurance provider raised my rates again for the third year in a row. (With no claims or tickets). I decided that because I’d had good experience with Bow Valley in the past I would see what they could do for me in regards to my home and vehicles. The process was easy and in the end I am saving almost $100 dollars a month compared to what I was paying. The coverage provided stayed the same. Thanks for the extra $1200 a year Bow Valley!

Prompt, professional, experienced brokers I would certainly recommend for commercial real estate insurance needs. I don't have knowledge about their residential counterpart but would guess it will be the same. They work with client's needs and instructions and find very good rates.

I have been with Bow Valley Insurance for about 20 years and I've been working with Matt for the last two years and I've never been more impressed. He takes the time to go through each line on my policy every year to explain what my coverage is, what's included and what's not for each piece of coverage and he looks for discounts and adjustments that will benefit me. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Made a home insurance quote request online and specifically asked for this office to contact me/create the quote. No one returned my call...nearly a week later I called them directly and asked if they ever received my request/some request of it and after having to repeat myself, the guy just hung up on me!
Clearly customer service does not exist here and explains why they aren't acting on their on-line leads.

Since my review on my recent experience with Bow Valley Insurance, I was contacted by Daryn H, NB Manager. Daryn was genuinely concerned we had a good conversation and I felt better after we talked. I accepted Daryn's apology, he also send me a complementary Fuel Card that was a bonus.

Terrible experience. Multiple times over the past 3 years when trying to call, I was told "my agent" was not available and only "my agent" has access to my file. All other agencies can service me without "a special agent" who has to call me back when it is convenient for them. I brought this issue to a manager there (Linda) and was told "we are not a call centre. This Agency does not value my time, was difficult to work with and I would not recommend them...ever. Update, I was able to reach an agent today with no call back. They took my complaint seriously. I
